We offer free shipping to all 50 U.S. states.

There is no additional shipping charge for orders delivered to these states.

Order Processing Times

In-stock products are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Custom Orders

Custom products may require additional production time before shipping.

Because every custom project is different, production timelines vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and complexity of the work.

We recommend contacting us if you have questions about the expected timeline for a custom order.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information so you can follow your shipment.

Free Local Pickup

We also offer free in-store pickup at our Grimes, Iowa location.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.

Pickup times must be coordinated with us in advance. Please wait until your order is ready and a pickup time has been arranged before visiting our shop.

Damaged, Missing, or Undelivered Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us through our website’s Contact page.

To help us investigate, please include:

• Photos of damaged items and packaging, when applicable.
