1. Products & Availability

We offer cornhole boards, games, drinkware, accessories, personalized products, and custom-made items.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information.

Occasionally, information may contain errors or become outdated. If an error or availability issue affects your order, we’ll contact you to discuss available options.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate product information and, where appropriate, decline or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable item, or incorrect product information. If we cancel an order for one of these reasons after collecting payment, we’ll issue a refund.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is generally required when placing an order, including orders for custom and personalized products.

For certain projects, alternative payment arrangements may be available when agreed upon in advance.

Any applicable deposits, remaining balances, and payment schedules will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Tailgating Specialties confirms it.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

We create custom products using customer-provided designs, names, logos, artwork, and other personalization details.

Because custom projects vary in complexity, production timelines are determined by the nature of the work involved.

We generally provide a digital design proof for customer approval before beginning custom production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details in their proof, including:

• Names and spelling.
• Logos and artwork.
• Colors and design elements.
• Layout and placement.
• Other requested personalization details.

Approving a design proof authorizes Tailgating Specialties to begin production based on the approved design.

Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or production time. Any additional charges will be communicated before they are applied.

If we produce an item incorrectly or the finished product differs from the approved design due to our error, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

4. Customer-Provided Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, designs, or copyrighted artwork submitted for customization.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you are authorized to use it for the requested products.

Tailgating Specialties reserves the right to decline or cancel projects involving artwork that may violate intellectual property rights.

Providing artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Tailgating Specialties.

We may use customer-provided artwork as necessary to design and fulfill the requested order. Additional uses, such as promotional materials, require appropriate permission.

5. Order Cancellations

Standard products: Customers may request cancellation before their order ships.

Custom and personalized products: Customers may request cancellation before production begins.

Once custom production has started, orders generally cannot be canceled because the product is being created specifically for the customer.

To request cancellation, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s current fulfillment or production status and applicable law.

6. Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer free shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Free local pickup is also available at our location in Grimes, Iowa.

Standard in-stock products are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Custom products may require additional production time depending on the project.

Orders selected for local pickup must be ready for collection, and pickup times must be arranged in advance.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns of standard, non-customized products within 30 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

Custom-made and personalized products are generally final sale, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Tailgating Specialties or when otherwise required by law.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns. We cover required return shipping when the problem is our responsibility.

8. Product Warranties

Tailgating Specialties does not provide a separate general product warranty.

If a particular product includes an expressly offered manufacturer-specific warranty, its applicable terms will govern that coverage.

Damaged, defective, and incorrect products are addressed under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Website Content & Use

The photographs, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and other materials displayed on our website may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

You may use the website for lawful shopping, product research, and contacting our business.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or reproduce protected content without the necessary permission.

References to third-party brands and trademarks do not transfer ownership of those marks.

10. Website Information

We work to keep our website accurate, functional, and available.

However, website content and availability may change, and temporary interruptions or technical errors may occur.

Nothing in this section limits our obligations regarding accepted orders or your rights under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This provision does not override mandatory consumer protections or other legal rights that may apply based on a customer’s location.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in our products, business operations, website, or legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page. Changes will not retroactively remove rights established under previously accepted orders.
